I’m Evan Uster, a student at Crescent School in Toronto who actively seeks challenge, growth, and forward momentum. I approach school with discipline and curiosity, which has allowed me to stay deeply engaged in both academics and extracurricular commitments. Earning the CPA Effort Award last year was meaningful because it reflected consistent hard work rather than a single achievement, and it reinforced my belief that sustained effort compounds over time. I am motivated by environments that push me to think critically, collaborate effectively, and continuously raise my own standards. Whether I am working on a project, preparing for an event, or learning something new, I focus on steady improvement and long-term development because I believe growth is built intentionally.
