Assistant.
A Telegram bot that runs my inbox, calendar and task list, and asks before anything leaves the system.
Good morning. 3 emails need you, the rest are filed.

Written. Send it?
The idea was an assistant I could text. It reads my Gmail in the morning, sorts what matters from what does not, and drafts replies for the ones it can handle.
The rule it cannot break. Nothing outbound happens on its own. Sending an email, inviting someone to a meeting, buying anything: each one waits in an approval queue until I tap approve in Telegram.
What it does daily. Inbox triage into labels, a morning and evening digest, calendar events with buffer checks, and a running to-do list I manage by chat instead of by app.
Who can use it. One person. It checks my Telegram user ID and ignores everyone else. It is also the test bed for a much larger idea I am not ready to talk about yet.
I write these up as I go.
The interesting parts end up on the blog, and the email goes out when something real ships.
